Steward Course runs at Tameside Unit
Lt Cdr Herbert ran a Cook Steward course for 13
cadets 11 being cadets from Tameside.
The cadets were taught the basics of food hygenie
and cookery skills, as well as how to lay the
table and create table art with napkins. The females
tipped the scales on the weekend by ensuring that
3 Tameside girls, Melles, Marshall and Hopwood
got higher marks with a PASS WELL so well done
to them as well as all the other cadets who passed.
